The nightmare we went through with this company was much too long. We were without a usable kitchen - no counter, no sink, no usable cabinets - for 6 weeks. It was to be a two day install for new cabinet doors, drawer fronts, laminate countertop, light skirt and crown molding in a very small older home kitchen. The initial installers were obviously the lowest bidders on the job and their ineptness was complicated by the incorrect measurement the designer took. Their work was awful. The next guy seemed to know what he was doing, but in the end we have a kitchen that looks okay unless you look closely and we feel like we were totally suckered. The new fronts chip really easily (white lacquer) and have paint drips from the manufacturing process. They require you to pay everything up front and couldn't have cared less about our inconvenience. Halfway through, they admitted they have some "challenges" when it comes to renovations. The whole experience was very frustrating and stressful. Jeff has been aware of the situation all through. He did refund the cost of drawer boxes they insist I "chose not to keep" when in reality, they didn't fit the cabinets. Their definition of "custom" is to build everything standard and blame your kitchen if it doesn't fit. The Delton website says "Perfect is good enought". What they mean is "Good enough is perfect".
