We noticed raccoon feces on the roof of our garage and damage to the top of our deck fence and pergola. Raccoons were probably living under the deck unknown to us and LOVED climbing the fence and pergola to go and crap on the roof of our garage. Pest Protection Plus came and set traps and everyday for four days caught raccoons and even a possum! The animals are gone now and we couldn't be happier. Alison, Ben and Anthony were really great and highly responsive to our situation. Would highly recommend them if you have any critter issues.

We had a couple of wooden gates that were warped and would not stay closed. Additionally, we had a fence that was topped with the old diagonal lattice that was well past its prime date. Jared replaced all the lattice with new vertical lattice and created a well-matched back fence of lattice to match. He also integrated the lattice into one of the gates to bring the whole space together in a much more cohesive look. What I really liked about Jared is that he really wants to do a great job and thinks through the design of the project to create an optimum outcome. He also regularly consulted with us along the way to confirm we were on the same page which was much appreciated. He was very flexible and did a great job. We are so pleased and would have him back to do other similar work in future. Thanks Jared!

If you need to get your ducts cleaned then call Devon as he and Alex could not have done a better job! They arrived on time, were very professional and went above and beyond when I asked them to see if they could locate a ring that fallen into the vents a couple of years prior. They worked so hard to try and find it and while they were not successful on that front, they certainly tried hard and found other items! They did a great job cleaning and we will have them back when they need to be done in the future. Thanks gentlemen!

We can't say enough good things about Modify Air. They were very professional, thorough and took great care in our home inside and out. They put a drop cloth down inside to protect our carpeted stairs and cleaned up after themselves everywhere. He provided a quick quote and took care of the job just as quickly. He was very professional. I was extremely pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I will certainly use his services again. BTW - the other company still has not responded to my request for a quote!
