We planned to replace our 15-year old furnace even if it was still working. On a long weekend Saturday , I left a message to CEM and did not expect a reply until after the Labor Day. About an hour later, I was surprised to receive a phone call from Edward who even asked if he could come to assess the same day. He gave me two reasonable quotes from two different brands after an inspection. After doing some researches, I emailed him many questions at different occasions and he replied promptly. This was enough to convince me that I have found the right company without a third opinion from others. I even selected the brand that he recommended. I must say that the brand was not even listed at his company's profiles. Edward is truly a consultant , not a salesman. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable, efficient, well organized and skillful in management of his time. we trusted each other enough not to sign a contract until the job completed. We paid according to his quote. The technician, Idris and his assistant also worked very hard to get the job done on time. Businesses often take a long time to establish good reputation and good customers reviews. I am sorry to say that some squander their reputation through bad attitudes, overprice etc. I congratulate CEM team who takes effort to maintain its good rating.
