Court judgement in our favour for $12,000 which we'll never see
Promised door to door with the specific mention of a 300 foot driveway which would not accomodat a big rig. Assured us they have shuttle trucks so it wouldn't be a problem. Then ended up being a month late which we only found out ON out moving date. When our stuff came it came in a big rig which could not come down the driveway ad mentionned. We ended up have to rent a storage locker to put all our stuff in and hire a GOOD moving company to finish the job for them. Many missing/broken items. We sued.. We won. We won't seen a penny of our $12,000 judgement.
