Hired to put down vinyl flooring over ceramic tile in small kitchen. He did not use leveler, despite having it requested to do so, so floor dips and shifts; He accidentally cut telephone line, did not nail down new quarterround (despite charge for finishing nails), did not finish adding quarter-round ... seems to have run out so just didn't bother with finishing, scraped paint off cupboard. Overall, a very poor shoddy job in my opinon.
