Steve inspected the basement, provided a detailed quote identifying what needed to be done to eradicate both the source of the water seepage into the basement, the removal of infected building materials and mould and options on how to re insulate the basement. Steve also provided expert advice on how to improve the overall air and insulation quality of cottage with improved insulation and a one-unit dehumidifier After accepting the quote, Steve and his team of qualified workers began the job on time and completed the work when expected. The workmanship was superior and the work-site was always kept tidy and clean. Steve and his team kept me informed of the progress of work and was more than happy and helpful in answering my ongoing questions. When the work was completed I was presented with a final invoice which was the agreed to quoted price. I could not have been happier. Now knowing that my home is environmentally safe, dry and clean I can sleep more easily and feel comfortable entertaining family and friends and having them stay as overnight guest. He clearly explained to me what needed to be fixed and provided me with an accurate cost estimate.
