We hired Reid James to build our addition. It didn't go well. During the demolition they collapsed a defunct chimney through our custom kitchen. This was remedied months later. We began having issues . The roof leaked for the entire winter of '17-'18. We were disappointed in the poor response to our dilemma. A tarp was up on the roof but any strong wind would start the leaking again. The upper stairs were installed crooked, the lower look mismeasured. The new foundation leaked immediately. We had to hire a new contractor to repair our brand new foundation. We told them we were unhappy and no longer wanted them to finish the job. We were threatened with a lawsuit for lack of payment.
