Jason takes the time and thoroughly explains the scope of the work and what materials will be used and why he is using them. Steve and his crew of guys were on time and very mindful of their surroundings. My flat roof was in bad shape and although 50 feet of roof boards was provided at no charge, extra carpentry was required in order to strengthen the decking and solidify the overhang. The probability of extra work was discussed during the quote and was fairly priced. Canadian Roofing Co. provided me with a solid, secure roof over my head that was first-rate and worth every penny.
