We had an issue with our new but just out of warrenty gas stove. ARS was one of the people we found online. When I called, they have a great feature where you dont need to wait on hold -- they actually call you back if you leave your number. Sarine called, and was soo helpful in a stressful time.. The stove was very expensive, and to not know what was wrong - she walked us through the process., and said Qaiser would come to fix in the next day. Qaiser called before hand, and also updated us on timing. He came in, explained the issue, was very open and honest about problems, also gave us tips on gas emissions.. I would highly recommend ARS to anyone for all appliance repairs.
