Purchase a condo suite from Monarch. My suite is beside a 2 bedroom plan with master and on-suite attach on the same wall was my den and bedroom. I can hear my neighbours both beside and upstairs (same floor plan) urinate (especially at night while I sleep) The noise is so loud it;s like he is peeing in my bedroom). Monarch classify as "building noise". Really?! building noise is noise from BUILD (elevator, hallway) but to hear someone urinate (any time of the day 24 hours) sucks and worst investment ever. I would advise people to investigate when purchasing a monarch condo and ask yourself how good is the wall insulation?. What suite is beside you if your connect to a wash room ask your "future" neighbours to pour water into their toilet and see if you hear it. This can save your sleep.
