Our roof was in desperate need of a replacement as with each little wind, more shingles ended up on the ground. After evaluating a number of roofing companies, 360 Roofing was engaged, mostly for Keith’s approach, professionalism and excellent references. Pricing was what was expected for our roof and the replacement of the two original skylights. Keith and his team were exemplary. The work was completely in 1 day, albeit a long day. During the course of the work, Keith kept us up to date as to progress. Some rotten wood was discovered around the skylights, which was not totally surprising as they were the original skylights. The wood was replaced quickly and at minimal cost, which was clearly outlined in the contract. No surprises, The crew was amazing, and the work was completed quickly and with minimal disruption. They followed up during each step of the job and ensured to keep us informed of their progress. The clean-up at the end of the job was most impressive, not a single shingle, nail or mess could be found. They even took the time to inspect our neighbour’s yard just in case any debris accidently made it into their sides. I was also pleased that Keith followed up a few days later to make sure that all is well and we are happy with the work. Thank you very much for such an amazing job. A number of years ago we moved into our house, we had Pre Lock change the locks to the front door inside garage door. For years the locks have worked flawlessly. Recently, we replaced our front door (it owed us nothing) but it came with a different lock and keys. So I called Pre Lock to see what can be done to have both new front door and existing inside door to the garage use the same key and hopefully continue to use our existing keys. Tristan was amazing researching and clearly explaining my options. Tristan arranged to have multiple lock barrels brought to see what works best. John did an amazing job and not only was he able to fit a proper lock barrel in the new door, he incredibly was able to adjust it to use our existing keys. Yay. I would not hesitate to use Prelock anytime a locksmith is needed. And am also speaking to Paul about upgrading our home security system. Great job and thanks Tristan, John and Paul.

3 years ago, in desperate need of new windows for our house and after an extensive evaluation of the numerous window companies, we selected Home Decor. Our salesperson Joe was extremely patient as I asked my many questions about this substantial investment as 14 windows including a 2 storey 3 section front window all needed to be replaced. After careful consideration, evaluating expertise, references and cost, we selected Home Decor. Home Decor just focuses on doors now, so fast forward 3 years and it was time to replace our front door. Because of the great experience with our windows, we went straight back to Joe. No shopping around knowing I would get only a good price but a perfect installation. Joe and the team covered every detail including using our interior paint so the door trim would match exactly. Our installer Arnold showed up right on time and within a few hours, the new door was perfected installed. Everything looks great and exceeds our expectations.
