BSN took over the job from an architect who was lost in the project. The firm brought imagination and life to the project. Sadly, they were saddled with cantractors not of their choosing and it was a constant problem to keep maintain quality. Three years after their fee and work was finished, BSN continue to assist in the correction of workmanship problems that were not of their making. I would reccomend this firm to anyone who is interested in superb design and attention to detail.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Insist on using only their reccomended contrators. BSN has found the right trades to correct the problems left behind by others.

Three sinks still do not drain, one incorrect faucet was installed and non functioning thermostats were installed. After a year of problems with the in-floor radiant heating system the manufacturer has recommended I use a knowlegable contractor to correct the problems they had pointed out to Group Mechanical by letter in November 2005. The sinks still do not drain.
