Elise Prive in Toronto

So today, we've had 3 person come and do some estimate on the new house we just bought. We aren't moving in for another month, but needed to get started with this window project, knowing how long it can takes to have windows ordered, etc. Our of our 3 estimate, Van Dolder's wasn't the cheapest, but wasn't the most expensive one... he was right in the middle. He wasn't on HomeStar... but was recomanded by family members who had just worked with him weeks before. The two other company were on HomeStar... I have to say two things. The first one was on HomeStar with great reviews, but came at a higher cost, and the 3rd one was on HomeStar, and the company itself had good reviews... but not the company actually making the windows... so before spending this kind of money on windows, we decided to go with someone who was referred to us, but who's windows had great reviews online. It will take Jason 1 week to install all the windows and I will get back on here once the job will be done, but so far, we have been really pleased with his service!

We had a great experience with Glenn. The inspection lasted about 3 hours. He first went in with his son and took pictures, took notes, etc. and then they did a walk thru with us and showed us everything they found and shared concerns, etc. We did the tour with Glenn while his son was putting together all the images, etc so we can see places we couldn't go. That was until 5PM. We left with a binder and lots of coupons for stores in our new neighbourhood. By 6AM the next morning, the whole report was in my inbox. I was able to send it to our parents and see what they think :) I would highly recommend them !

OK. Wow ! Brent has been awesome. First, he is very quick in responding to his message (web or sms), not to worry, you will hear back from him. Also, he knows what he is talking about. He made sure he answered every questions we had, told us no question were stupid and made sure we were satisfied with answers and the house. We came out happy with the inspection and the house itself. Within the two hours following the inspection, I had 71 pictures of the house in my inbox ready for my review including a binder full of information about the house we had made an offer on. Brent did an awesome job and we are really happy with the professional service he offered us. He even involved us in the inspection, asking us to go on the roof and to see if for ourselves.
