We hired Tim and Focus Construction to do the impossible. Fully restore and completely re-invent a historic home in Oakville. From effectively dealing with the Heritage Society to creating our custom features Tim had every angle covered. We were delighted with the whole project and especially with how our features like the waterfall pool, sprung floor gym, custom wine cellar, specialty safe and 3 story elevator. Tim was really knowledgeable and anticipated potential issues before they became problems. He was extremely well organized and managed to coordinate every trade seamlessly. We were grateful for his easy going and friendly manner. He was always reachable and we felt thoroughly informed the whole way throughout. Thank you Focus Construction!
