Georgian Door & Gate (GD) installed two garage door openers for us recently. My experience dealing with them from our initial contact through to the recent install has been marvellous. This company is clearly all about ensuring and delivering top-notch service. The model we chose had to be ordered in, Bob (owner of GD) gave us an ETA for the delivery of the units, and then on their arrival he promptly reached out to arrange an install date. Install day arrived, its the first bad snowstorm of the season, and yet the installer arrived exactly when he said he would. After assessing the install, the garage doors required an extra part (no fault of Georgian Door) that the installer did not have handy. No problem, as the installer contacted Bob, and he jumped in his truck and delivered the parts in 30 minutes, and in a limited-visibility snow storm, so they could get the openers installed and completed on that day. Incredible! Were absolutely delighted with our installation and with each step of our experience with Georgian Door & Gate. Our experience with Arby Cartage was exceptional from start to finish. Arby himself is most helpful, experienced and obviously cares a great deal about his customers, and this translates to his employees. Our move was scheduled to begin at 8AM, and the three-man crew arrived 30 minutes early to survey the site and to get ready (find me another moving company who does that!). All three guys were gracious, helpful, caring and supportive, and they work quickly and carefully. I've moved a few times in my life, and usually it's the transient, dis-interested, careless guys sent over to sling my stuff around. Not so this time! Wow. I enthusiastically recommend Arby Cartage for any of your moving needs.
