Bad, bad experience...would not recommend....Had some backyard work and a deck done....the deck construction was good quality, however, the height was wrong from what I had requested and all the weeds which were supposed to be cleared out with no regrowth were back within a few days. Alex was prompt to respond after I gave negative review and appeared eager to resolve the issues, however that is where it ended. Pleaded with me to change the review. Despite promises to fix everything, the landscaping and clean up was not corrected (oh, sorry...I guess our product didn't work!) nor was any effort made to correct it or reimburse me funds. Then, they claimed to Homestars that I was not a customer of theirs! I had to send copies of the emails, invoice, and payment history to show I was telling the truth! I ended up having to pay an additional $2000 to get the deck fixed, and still garbage was left, the original yard clean up was not completed, nor was the rectification done as promised. I ended up spending over $13,000 basically just for a deck which should have cost half that price. I feel like I was utterly taken advantage of and significantly overcharged and I chose GTA based primarily on their high rating with Homestars....and now due to this experience, I am suspect of homestars reviews as well.
