Renovation is a “dreaded” word which I've been avoiding for years, but Elaine and her team has changed my perception on trades people. From the moment I wandered into her showroom/factory, her sincerity, efficiency and helpfulness put us at ease and gained our trust. My kitchen counters have many bends and corners, it doesn't help that I am quite detail-oriented and skeptical :) Elaine and her team don't waste anytime, they came in to measure and cut out a blueprint, let us inspect the stone slabs before they cut and install, the whole process took less than 2 weeks! No delay, no mess, no problem! The installers are respectful and accommodating, any questions and demands that I made are addressed on the spot in an efficient manner, suffice to say the quality of work is excellent. One thing that really impressed me is : when they installed the quartz countertop on my island, I noticed a small imperfection on the stone. They could have just patched it up and left (I wouldn't know the difference). Instead they recognized it's a minor defect, took back the island countertop and cut a brand new piece to replace it, with no delay in schedule! Now, that's superb customer service, they rectify the issue to ensure we are 100% happy. I wholeheartedly recommend 'Upgrade Countertop and Stone', they make renovation a breeze : smooth, fast and pleasant. If I can give Elaine and her team 10 stars, I would!
