I started out very pleased and certain I would get a quality product. Mr Chesher seemed very nice. While the log home is very sound and well built , the systems put in by his buddies/workers did not pass inspection. The well does not produce enough water and actually went dry after eleven days in my new home. We later found out it is not even built to code and his buddy had NO license. Mr. Chesher installed my well pump without the proper (actually none at all) Ontario license. He is now being investigated and we still have no solution on the well. I had to get the Health Unit involved in getting my septic fixed. Now the sump pump drainage is not functioning and while away earlier this week we returned to find he had cut the hose outside and just put an above ground drain across the yard. Never even asked or let us know he was coming over. He thinks he is above recourse. He should stick to his furnace business.

Very Very nice person. Will not rip you off. He told me I would be wasting my money to use his water delivery a second time as my well was not holding it. He came out promptly when called. His answering assistant could be a little more personable.

Dan (the owner) is very personable. He wired my whole house and installed all my fixtures. He offered lots of suggestions on things I would have forgotten and then I would have later regretted.

Did some work without any licensing or permits as required by the province of Ontario. Some systems not working or failed inspection. I have been nothing but stressed since the owner and his gang started. Being investigated by Ministry.
