The only thing I was am not completely happy with was the location of my blind install. I had requested (at the time of order) my blinds be installed further back towards the window and they were installed flush with the wall. I did not follow up the installer to confirm the blind placement on install day, so I do feel like I should have confirmed this specific detail. The blinds and valance look great and I am happy with the product choice. I feel that relocating the blinds to where I would have preferred them would be more work then its worth. Overall all the staff members I dealt with were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
