We had our septic tank cleaned last Spring (before all the heavy rain thankfully) We had a few quotes ranging from $210 up to $304. We chose the lower priced. They came that day and charged the price that was quoted over the phone. They asked in which direction the septic lines went before proceeding to drive so as not to drive over the septic field with their heavy truck. We timed it right because several of our neighbors had septic problems and flooding last spring but we had no problems.

Last spring we had an overhead radiant heater put in our garage. Ron Christiansen is the plumber we chose. He listens to what you want and then makes recomendations if needed. We have used him for several projects in the past like putting in a gas line for a fireplace and BBQ and work to a broken shower head that required a special piece of equipment that my husband did not have. The work he does is great and his cost is reasonable even if it only for a 5 min visit. He is an independent company and works for himself so he does not have high overhead costs. He arrives on time and works quickly and efficiently. He comes prepared with the necesary equipment and the job is completed that day. The only negative is trying to get a hold of Ron initially because he is away at times but once you have made contact he is usually available within a day or 2 depending on the project.

Last Spring we started developing our basement. The work was done fairly quickly and they came when they said they would. We had a lot of art niches and a curved sloped ceiling going down the stairs that required a little moretime. The final result was great with no seam marks. We had a few quotes and they are not the cheapest but not the most expensive. They came highly recomended by friends of ours as well.
