Can not believe the run around from Customer Service @ Decorium Furniture. We purchased a couch 2 years ago and the frame has just broke. Because it is outside there 1 year warranty, the will not even give use the name of the manufacture for us to look into there warranty. Very poor service after the fact! @ weeks of calls and e-mails, sending photos etc. and not any further ahead. From the sounds of it the Service Rep. did not even bother to attempt to help in any way. Very disappointed customer!
