I've shopped there once and will most likely not return. I have to admit, the service inside the store was very satisfying as with outside of the store. What really annoyed me was the constant delay, week after week, of my couch. My couch was delayed for a full month. That wasn't the biggest problem. I wasn't aware that I had to assemble the legs on the couch myself. Worst is, the frame of the legs did not fit the width of the couch. That was pain because I had to wait another week for just the frame to arrive. As for the TV cabinet. It looked really nice...but that was it. The quality was not that good. The rails that the drawers sat on did not fit snuggly and overall it was just a poor quality product. Prices are very good compared to other modern furniture stores but the lack in quality explains that. I did not recommend this store to my parents for their new home.

I almost feel bad to give this review because I tend to browse more than I actually buy from this store. But the only time that I did buy was a very good experience. I tend to ask a lot of questions and the lady sales rep there also gave me ideas on how to position my couch in the living room to make it more spacious. This is the kind of service you don't get when you go to Ikea! I would buy from them again!
