Daryl and his crew were quick on scene to repair structural damage to our home, replacing the front and back rim joists, sill plates and adding sister joists to the floor joists, which if left unaddressed would have caused shifting and further damage. I appreciate that Daryl saw the magnitude and urgency of our problem and had the crew onsite the following week. The worksite was very clean, and the crew was very easy to communicate with, completing this laborious job very quickly and with a great attitude. I speak very highly of Northern Restoration - they are fast, fair and friendly, stick to their word and most importantly, are transparent about the entire process.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Charlie and his team. We are working through a process of addressing some deficiencies in our home, while also upgrading our home systems to natural gas. This project requires collaboration, experience, planning and good insight. Charlie is easy to communicate with, immediately addressing several issues that are outstanding in our home. He is thorough and informative, submitting a quick, fair quote and subsequent installation of phase one of our big undertaking. Our home now has great air quality from an HRV system upgrade to mitigate humidity, and we are looking forward to working with Charlie again to have the gas line converted from propane and exhaust installed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry.
