Duane responded to our request very quickly, saying he could come the same day. He arrived within an hour and a half, checked to see that the drain was, in fact, plugged. He then proceeded to fix the problem. Some of the piping under the sink had been dislocated when I tried to clean the drain myself, so Duane replaced it with a more efficient arrangement than had been there originally, including replacing the baskets in the sink.
