Just want to say thank you again to these guys I don't like to have to phone them but when I need them they always come through with excellent work. I had a leak in my waterline outside which meant it had to be changed Karl came out and gave me a fair price and they started the next day. As always Karl and his team where great and they did and excellent job. Thanks again guys :)

I had draincom out last year to waterproof part of my house and i was very impressed with the service that i received from the staff and the workers, so when i had a problem with my drain they where the first and only company i called. they sent carl out to check my problem and he said that he will have me up and running in no time at all. He put a snake into my drain and cleared up my problem,and he even put a camera through to check there wasn't any major damage, and i was very happy that everything was clean. i will be using draincom in the future if i need them as they have shown me not only once but twice that they do an amazing job. thank you draincom and thanks for the quick response

I would just like to start by saying thank you to slava and his amazing team at draincom. I searched a long time for a company to perform this fix and as you can imagine there are many companies which just seem they want to retire on 1 job.... This is NOT the case at draincom.... The price was extremely fair and the outcome was even better. They showed up when they said they would and they did everything they said they would do in a timely manner. slava was always available to answer any questions and he was always on top of the job to make shore it ran smoothly. Would really recommend this company to any1 and i will always use them in the future if needed. Just wanted to take a minuet to thank roco for being so professional in his work and for always being on hand when we needed him. My company has been using roco now for approx 3yrs and throughout that time he has done about 30 drawings for us at draincom and every time the drawings are very well done and he is super fast,and if we have had any question then he is always available. My wife and I had the awfull experience of a flood of sewage in our newly renovated basement. We called Rooter Rooter at around 9pm and the sevice truck arrived less than an hour later. Steve ( the service man ) quickly cleared the sewer and we watched with delight as the sewage drained away from our basement. Once it was all gone he helped us wash down the floors and even disinfected the area. Steve was a joy to have in our home, he was more than helpfull, a true gentleman. We will be happy use Rooter Rooter for all our plumbing needs in the future.
