Ace Plumbing has great advertising and friendly, knowledgeable staff, yet charges way too much to do the work that they do. Since using Ace Plumbing to do some work on our prior home in Coach Hill, we have switched to a smaller company that does far superior work with a personal touch.

Frontline Home Inspections came recommended to us by our realtor when we were looking for a new home. James came out and walked us through a thorough analysis of the home's condition. Due to James' inspection of our potential purchase, he showed us movement in the shower walls and water stains on the ceiling below. The readings on the moisture reader also showed moisture behind the wall. Due to the potential mould risk, we chose not to purchase the home. James inspected the second home we are currently living in. He went out of his way to come back after we took possession to take a look at some water that was in the basement that was not there upon initial inspection, and give us some suggestions. James did not charge us to come out and take a look this second time. Upon a conversation my wife had with the prior home owner, it turns out that they had emptied a freezer in the basement and this is where the water had come from. We would highly recommend James and Frontline Home Inspections.

I hired Dan Wolfe of Wolfe Painting to come in and do the stippled ceilings for me in our basement renovations. I didn't have the time, knowledge, or equipment to do the work and heard of Dan through a mutual acquaintance. I was, and am still, very pleased with the work Dan did in our home. He is very thorough, and polite. I have never had a contractor cleanup after himself as Dan did. When Dan was done with one room, he called my wife and I down to inspect what he had done to see if it met with our approval. When it was all said and done, Dan finished the job an hour ahead of his planned time, the site looked like he had never been there, and he was very respectful of our space and the fact that we had a little girl in the house. Without hesitation, I would use Wolfe Painting for any other stipple projects in our home. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism.

I was installing a bathroom in my basement and didn't want to fuss around with the plumbing. I contacted Jared at Precision Plumbing and he came over and installed all the plumbing for our bathroom. He works very efficiently, is very polite and courteous and even shared some tips about how to make the installation look even more professional for future resale value.
