I called Pambiss in the morning around 8.00 am and left a message. I received a call back within the hour. I described the problem along with the machine model # and serial #. Pambiss then called me back around noon to set up an appointment. The machine was up and running (new pump) by 4.30 pm. Pambiss was very courteous on the phone prompt for the appointment amd profesional. Very pleased.
