When I called about the furnace not working the ower said he would stop in at the end of the day. He arrived within a half hour and repaired a sensor. With the hotwater tank the owner came within 10 minutes of calling to check it out. The repairs were going to be 2/3 the price of a brand new tank. They arrived an hour before the scheduled appointment time to replace the tank. It took them less than a half hour. With the duct cleaning he arrived one hour ahead of the appointment time and explained everything he was going to do, and the cost, before starting. I have been totally impressed with the service. The only comment I would make is that you request the seniors discount, 10%, either before or at the time of the service so there is no misunderstanding about it.
