We wanted a durable flooring for our house. The salesman showed us some flooring and said they had an in house installer. They showed us, installed e floor and cleaned up after the job was done.
They were prompt in coming out and giving us a estimate. When they installed the cladding, they sealed it up so that no moisture got in. They even sealed the previous aluminum. Cladding looks great and NO MORE PAINTING!
I made the appoinment and he printed a coupon for the work to be done. The plumber came inside and put on booties as to not get the carpet dirty. He gave me a quote for the job to be done; as I could decide to get the work done or not. Teh quote was resonable so he replaced the clylinderuntil it leaked no more.
Always leave the customer's job site as clean or cleaner than we found it! Boot covers are vital to this! I can't tell you how many times customers of ours have been shocked that we use them, after having other technicians track mud, dirt and snow through their house. I'm shocked that there are companies that don't! It's little things like that, that show exactly how much attention to detail we put in to planning our business method. I appreciate you pointing it out, many customers take things like boot covers and tidying up for granted (and they should - it should be standard for every contractor ever!) - until they have a contractor that marks up their brand new carpet!
They came and listened to want we wanted; and added a few recommendations we could do. They emplyees came and did their work on time and on budget. They owners cames over to do a walkthrough with us and wanted everthing right for us. We couldn'd be happerierwith the worl done.
