High end Dishwasher...bursted twice over 2 years.
This dishwasher blew twice and destroyed our floors. Both bought at Sears. They and Sears avoided us for about 2 years and we finally had to get our own insurance company involved . They tried to pay us off with an offer that was less than a fifth the cost. Don't sign these offers with gag orders, stating you can not talk about this..some people will see the cash in front of them and take it. Don't! We have bought Sears Kenmore, (which we found out is Whirlpool in all this) for many years. Both companies have taken a dive in their customer service and reputation in the last 4 or 5 years. Sears is closing stores all over the place now. I can understand why. In my opinion they do not offer any trust factor that will draw me in their store again.
