Good service. Ahkim (from Reliable) showed up on time, thoroughly cleaned up the furnace, checked and replaced both filters, even vacuumed the area around the furnace. Work was done quickly, everything was taken care of, all the maintenance procedures were explained.
Just straight facts: I call Reliable Home Comfort and Dave was down by my house within 3 hours. He gave me a best quote but it was too good to be true and I kept shopping. I contacted few more contractors, including 2 that would install the same furnace, but his quote was the best. I still was skeptical because of the low quote and read lots of reviews on homestar trying to see if there was something wrong with them. A week later I decided to go with Reliable home comfort. I called Dave and 2 days later I got new furnace installed. The installers came on time, even 20 minutes earlier, did the job, cleaned the place and 4 hours my new furnace started to work. No hidden costs, no surprises, everything was done as promised at the price that was promised - as simple as that.
