I am so happy to have found Vas and his team at Select Urban for our ensuite renovation. From the first phone call, Vas was quick to respond to my many questions, requests, texts and emails. He made himself available shortly after for a site visit where he spent a significant amount of time coming up with ideas for different layouts, letting me know about new materials and products that could be incorporated into the plan and providing me with different options at varying price points so that we could prioritize what we wanted - this was all before we even signed any sort of contract with him. When we decided to sign on with Select Urban, the quote was extremely detailed so that we could clearly see where we could splurge and save. The quote was also reasonable. Other quotes came in quite a bit higher and we were told that wed likely have to make concessions on features that were important to us - this was not the case with Select Urban. We got everything we wanted down to the fine details and more. Once work started, his team was quick to make progress and the workmanship was excellent. Vas was on site each day and was also always available by phone or text. We were kept informed of what would be happening when so that there were no surprises. We appreciated that he used only certified trades and that the work area was always kept clean and tidied every evening. They were extremely flexible in accommodating all of my sometimes last minute requests for custom details or for work beyond what the quote originally covered. We have no reservations in recommending Select Urban - all contractors should aspire to their level of customer service. Overall, we had a very good experience and look forward to our next renovation with Select Urban!
