I got the Dealfind voucher on Dec 20 and activated it on the same day (my mistake) so I called after Dec 23 for confirmation and she said their system is not set up for confirmations at this time..just enter on the website and we'll show up. After a snowfall which may or may not have been 3cm I decided to try to call back on a Wednesday. She said to just re-enter the info on their website and it should be fine and that they will send me a confirmation on Friday. The only type of response I got was an email that said one of our representatives will get back to you. Two weeks later which is yesterday it started to snow definitely over 3 cm so I call them to ask for the confirmation because no one got back to me. The girl was like as of 30 minutes ago we are no longer servicing Dealfind customers because Dealfind has failed to pay us for the past month so we have been servicing everyone for FREE. She told me to get in contact with Dealfind and get a refund and then sign up on their website on "HOT BUYS" to get the deal at $10 cheaper for $89 and then they will show up at my house 24 hours after. I was pretty skeptical about that.. their website is so sketchy and they only accept online bank transfers from royal bank and certified cheques which is really questionable. And the deal she mentioned said "No longer available", but I just checked today and apparently that has changed because they probably want to scam more people out of their money! I called dealfind and the rep said she never heard of such a thing and to fill out the customer request form online.. still havent heard back from Dealfind, but definitely going to get my money back. And like other reviewers it takes like 20 calls to get through to Graham Services before someone answers. And they're always brief on the phone. So disappointed. Did anyone get service? or did they scam everyone?
