We were pleased to hire P&P for the second time to make improvements throughout our house. This time, Natanael and crew, installed insulation and pot lights throughout our top floor and basement, redid a full bathroom and office,and installed new doors and trim throughout. Similar to our previous experience, we are very happy with the attention to detail P&P provides, the extra work they put into correcting found anomalies (existing bad plumbing and electrical, etc) and respecting our budget constraints. We will hire them again in the future.

Worth the wait, with work schedules being weather dependent, Daimon led a highly professional crew of experts that managed what we thought was unmanageable. They turned a dilapidated and dangerous long flight of existing stairs (as our home is on a hill) into an elegant walkway that is both aesthetically pleasing and safe. Unlike some competitors, Daimon pays particular attention to detail and puts value into the sub-structural and design elements of the build; which ultimately makes the overall investment into your home really worth it.

I would highly recommend hiring P and P Renovations. From first point of contact to project completion, Nathanial and crew have been the utmost professionals and have delivered beyond our expectation. During a busy home reno season, P and P had promptly returned initial calls and met to scope the work when other firms, even those highly rates on this site, simply ignored our requests or forgot to keep appointments. P and P have high customer service standards. The budget for our basement reno was large for our family budget, $35k+, and Nathanial worked with us on a daily basis to go over specific details, and improve upon initial designs, making us feel comfortable in knowing that our money was being well spent. P and P are extremely reasonable in terms of cost and will stretch every dollar to improve the quality of their work. From a project management point of view, they were on schedule, on budget and very clean and considerate, even making sure that our dogs stayed out of trouble while we were at work. We are extremely pleased with our new basement and other home improvements. We plan to hire P and P in the future and would positively refer them to those that require a home reno.

Avoid IMoveCanada! After signing a contract with them and keeping in constant communication with IMove reps, the movers did not show up. Not at all!! Nor did IMove ever call me back after countless attempts. Imagine being left stranded on a friday evening and having to move out of an apartment in Ottawa by midnight, while needing to be in Toronto the next morning. That is what IMove did to me and my family. What kind of company does that?! It was a complete nightmare. Avoid IMove at all costs.
