Contracted Bill Ballantyne twice; once for a complete reno (fireplace, french doors, weight room, family room, bedroom and ensuite bath; and once for family room with built-ins for big screen, stereo and storage. Bill was a joy to have in our home; he is ethical, honest and very talented. He was on budget and on schedule (how many times can you say that?)and his work was impeccable. He solved problems easily and never complained. Truly the consummate professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him very very highly.
