The inspection performed by John was incredibly in depth and by the end I felt that I knew exactly what I would be purchasing. John also found several issues that could have been easily overlooked and costly down the road. We had a short time frame to stay within the offer conditions, but John quickly completed a comprehensive report within the same day.
