I bought a Navien NPE210 from this company in 2022. The water heater failed in 2024 and I had a tech check the heater out. It needed a new circuit board and contacted Navien to get the part (it should have been under warranty). Turns out the Serial Number on my tank didn't belong to me. It belonged to someone else who had the heater removed in 2022. So... it's likely they ripped me off on my heater. Selling me a faulty second hand heater. I have asked them to respond to me and no response. So I have now a possibly dud second hand heater and they sold me it as new. Still waiting to get this resolved.

Tamas was amazing. I had a faulty water heater and I was remote, off site, he was diligent in checking it and trustworthy. Further diagnostic revealed more work and he helped me through it, and my stress, without complaint. The water heater was fixed in a timely manner and at the price quoted and with stellar service. I highly recommend him.
