The team at Herb Lodde and Sons was excellent throughout the entire process of working with us from quoting, requoting, scheduling, installing, working around a delay caused by another trade and coming back to complete the job. We were quite concerned about installing the roof over the winter since we obviously didn't want to have issues with the roof not sealing but Rob, Manny and Dave talked us through how they install differently in the winter and their warranty gave us peace of mind to proceed. Their quality was put to the test quickly with the windstorms in our area that caused so much damage to other new roofs around--- we didn't have a single issue or any damage to the roof at all.
