We used Rino to renovate our kitchen. It was a disaster from start to finish. He was rarely there and hired his workers on kijiji. Twisted walls and bulkheads, broken ceiling, cracked plaster, exposed drywall, sagging floor, unfinished work, etc. Our current concern is he didn’t actually put the beam & supports in that are required to keep our main floor from collapsing into our basement. We had 2 independent contractors quote us on the cost to fix his work, they both advised suing. He recently went bankrupt & has opened up under a different name. There are many honest, reputable, reliable and knowledgeable contractors out there, this guy isn’t one of them.
