We bought a house that was not maintained well, we planned on doing renovations but there was so much animal fur/other disgusting stuff in our vents we couldn’t breathe when we were working inside. I called Twelve Points, the owner Mr. Rowe was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We worked out a plan to get rid of the fur first and he was going to come back when our reno was completed. We just finished our renovation and we couldn’t be happier with his service, what a difference in our air we are breathing! Definitely would recommend his services to anyone I know. I will definitely call him in the future when it’s time to clean my ducts again.
