The supply pipe to our shower/bath was leaking behind the tile shower wall. Sam was very helpful right from our first telephone contact, and after reviewing some photos we had e-mailed him, he assured us that he could perform the repairs from the other side of the shower wall rather than having to break open the tile shower wall. Sam installed new fixtures in place of the leaking old ones, again without having to break any tiles. He also replaced the galvanized pipe from the shower/tub diverter valve to the shower head with new pipe, which resulted in much better water pressure. Sam was very knowledgeable and courteous, as well as being very responsive and efficient. We are very satisfied with the work he did.

I am a property Manager with properties expanding over Hamilton East to Dundas. Sam the handyman is on my speed dial as we started acquiring their services few years back. I will not be listing all properties here, but his work in roofing, flat roofs, metal roof, brick work and skylight repair is great. I will just talk today about the last job he did for us in a down town apartment building where he re-did with his crew a flat roof. I know that his prices and services are great, but I usually call other contractors to get other quotes to submit to building owners. For this roof which was just over 4000 sqft. Sam did the whole job with removing, cleaning and applying EPDM for this 1910 building in less than 2 days. The work was done as usual in a very timely fashion. I do recommend Sam the handyman service to everyone and so happy that he opened his Hamilton location last year.
