We took our time and picked three companies to provide a quote for our project and we made the right choice. Alex and his team were professional from start to finish. Alex listened to what we wanted. We wanted a new interlocking patio, a privacy fence and a pergola. Lotus provided us with a quote detailing the work and when we asked for a change, they quickly accommodated us. It was a wonderful feeling. When it was time to do the work, Alex's team of three arrived on time everyday and worked continuously even on the hottest of days. They worked together as a team and kept us up to date with the progress. We needed to add interlock and Alex made sure we signed off on any changes first. If we wanted to modify even the slightest thing, Alex and his team made the modification with ease. Everyday as the fence, the pergola and the interlocking were completed we stood in awe, it was better than we could have imagined. The project completed on time was perfect. We could not wait to enjoy our new patio and all our guests were so impressed and inspired with our new patio. Great job! Dorian and his team were professional from start to finish with the installation of our eavestrough. In addition to installing our eavestroughs and rerouting them so they would not runoff onto our walkway or driveway, they went the extra mile and fixed issues we had with our aluminum siding. They showed up as scheduled and took care not to damage any plants located close to the house. They also took care not to disturb a robins next that was situated right under the eavestrough.
