Verdun did an excellent job with the install of our front and side doors. We were very happy with the sales rep who came to our home and promptly followed up to make sure the order was placed, as well as continued to inform us of the progress as the doors were custom made. Installers showed up on time, were courteous and professional, did a thorough job and cleaned up and took away all of the debris. Our old side door (with a small window) used to have a serious draft but the new door (which is almost all window) is very well sealed and the draft is completely gone. I appreciate also that they installed the handles we purchased and set up the keys, as well as upgraded the doorbells on both doors. Would definitely recommend this company! The only downside is that they are very busy so the time from order placement to install was long (October - February). That said, I think it is well worth the wait.

A blocked drain caused our laundry sink to overflow during a load and partially flood the basement. DS (Out of this World) was the second company I called (in a panic). I was impressed with the person I spoke to at the office, who calmly answered my questions and assured me that a technician would call me within the hour. They also took the time to remind me that I should shut off the main water valve if flooding was ongoing. The tech who showed up (Craig) was friendly and welcomed our help and participation in the work. While fixing the problem he also taught us a lot about the plumbing in our home and how we could do minor fixes ourselves to prevent future problems. I really appreciate that this company is up-front about its pricing, and Craig always allowed us the option to redirect the problem solving so we could try less-costly solutions first. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing emergency or looking for consultation about plumbing work. They are very knowledgeable and down to earth. We signed up for the PAWS program and are looking forward to our annual review to learn more about ways we can maintain and improve the plumbing in our home.

Kevin and his team installed a chain link fence and a wooden fence with a gate at our new house. They did excellent work on time and were very professional. A few months later when the weather got cold the gate began to stick - I contacted Kevin and he came to fix it within 1 day at no charge. This company was well priced and all our interactions were very positive. If we ever need more fence work done we will be calling Kevin!
