We had Clara windows installed 1.5 years ago. We noticed recently that one of the windows had broken glass. We did not break it and it appears it might be from frame pressure. (My guess as there was no impact to the glass) I called Rita at customer service and she said glass is not covered under the warranty but she agreed to have it replaced at no charge as I thought it might be an installation issue. Rita was very professional and helpful. Our experience with Clara throughout has been very positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them
