I hired Ethan to help fix a leaking brass P-Trap under the kitchen sink as well as a smaller leaking pipe leaking up to the faucet. He was able to schedule the next day, and provide a quote after I provided some photographs of the leak. He arrived very promptly, once on site he got right to work and finished making sure everything was done perfectly. The smaller pipe took a bit of extra work to do but Ethan took his time to make sure it was done well. The work looks even better than what was there originally from the builder, there was no mess left behind, and the pricing was very fair. Definitely recommended and I will be using McPipe for my future fixes.

We just moved into our new house and we needed to clean stains off the carpet that the previous owner left behind as well as cleaning the ducts from the post-renovation construction work. They came very promptly, laid down corner protectors to prevent the equipment from damaging the newly painted walls, and cleaned out everything. They ever helped clean out the HRV which I accidentally left on during the renovation. Throughout the entire process, they kept walking me through what was happening so I always felt confident. At the end of the job, all the stains on the carpet were gone, the house doesn't smell like construction anymore, and I can breath easier now. Highly recommended.

He explained that the weather stripping was too thick and was causing bouncing of the door. After that he rekeyed 3 cylinders, all done in less than 20 minutes.
