Brian - the owner was amazing to deal with - friendly, very patient, very knowledgeable and respectful of the fact that we don't know his business. His service was absolutely fantastic - he didn't try to sell something we didn't need - he was even willing to come and do the job on New Year's Day - service was so prompt - he was in and out in no time, very neat and clean and courteous and a great job was done in no time - he arrived right on the dot of when he said he would. Brian referred us to reliable companies to help with things like duct cleaning and also an energy audit (this made the process very easy). I have already referred 3 of my family members - now we have someone to take care of our needs, furnace, air conditioning, gas fire place. He is so friendly and honest and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
