We had needed a shared driveway redone. The work was quoted in March for May/June and after numerous calls, they finally showed up at the end of October. They were supposed to rip up the entire driveway but ended up re-paving overtop, creating a severe flooding problem in our backyard. We tried numerous times to call, and even sent pictures. Still no one has returned our calls or emails. The driveway after 1 winter is already lifting.
