An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I had Delta Air Systems install a furnace for me on Dec. 7th of this year. I found the salesman Scott, to be extremely helpful when choosing what would be appropriate for my home. He was very professional and honest and did not try to oversell me .Some of the other companies that I had give me a quote, tried to sell me more than I wanted or needed. When the installers came, they were on time, put down sheets everywhere to protect my floors and carpet, were very respectful of my time and home. They went about their job with few interuptions . Any questions were asked very politely. When they left my home it was as if they had not been there- clean and the basement where they were working, was neat , tidy and clean. The new lines were marked clearly. Scott came by a few days later to check the system and is recommending a slight change in the position of the filter . He checked it all out and explained the usage of the new thermostat. He offered to come back if I had any questions to help me out. He told me that I could call him any time. That is the kind of service that I am pleased to recommend to others! A very satisfied customer Carolyn
