My requests for after sale service were ignored or not completed: 1. Stairs were screwed during the construction and hasn't been fixed yet. 2. Fireplace makes carbon monoxide leeks back into my family room. 3. Garden/backyard door: defective wood parts, that started to break 4. Basement/garage floor: cracks. In 3 weeks TARION will come with inspection to help me. Starlane provided much more superior service to my first house.
