Claimed to be licensed, bonded and insured, but Steven is NOT. Showed us phony bond & insurance papers. Not even registered to charge GST. Started our basement reno and when SERIOUS mistakes were happening quit without fixing them or refunding our money for work undone, even after admitting he owed it. He did not pay one of the sub trades. The damage he has done goes way beyond our basement.

Job quoted to take 8 days, took over a month. One crew would install forms, then the next day a diff. crew would tear it out & do something different. I had to tell the crew the bottom drain needed a slope, and the entryway needed a sill to stop rain. Not parged properly, & when I refused to pay until fixed, they threatened to jackhammer it out. Final product ended up crooked, not lined up to the house properly, and the back hoe operator had to cut down a mature tree because he didn't leave himself a pathway out.
